It should be said that this trophy only includes duels that are part of the base game of Ghost of Tsushima. This means that players don’t have to do anything with the Legends content or even venture to Iki Island as part of the Director’s Cut and complete any of the duels there. Just complete all 25 duels in the main game and the trophy should be awarded.

Ghost of Tsushima - Main Story Duels

The following six duels are part of the main story, and must be completed before this trophy can be obtained. Because the final boss of Ghost of Tsushima is a duel, players can’t earn this trophy before finishing the game. Major spoilers for the story of Ghost of Tsushima ahead.

Ghost of Tsushima - Mythic Tale Duels

In addition to the six main story duels, there are also 11 duels that are found as part of Mythic Tale quests. These are the quests given to the player by the musician Yamato that ultimately unlock powerful new abilities for Jin. Included in this group are the duels against Kojiro’s five Straw-hat Ronin and Kojiro himself.

Ghost of Tsushima - Tale of Tsushima Duels

There are also several duels that are part of various side quests on Tsushima. These four duels are all very different from one another, but must be completed as part of the trophy.

Ghost of Tsushima - Mongol Camp Duels

After completing all of those, there are just four more duels to complete. Each of these can be found inside Mongol camps spread throughout the island of Tsushima, and they will all be against Mongol captains. Players may need to backtrack to certain regions to complete some of these.

Ghost of Tsushima is available now on PS4 and PS5.
